Developing Intuition with Archangel Gabrielle

Her name means “Hero of God” or “God is my strength." Archangel Gabrielle radiates feminine energy. The early Catholic Church changed Gabrielle into the male angel, Gabriel, when everything was patriarchalized. Even God, who was referred to both “Mother” and “Father” in early versions of the bible, and was later referred to as male.

Gabrielle has a Copper halo that matches the trumpet she often carries. Many times when she comes to me she will be holding a lily or be wearing a robe of light covered with a fleur-de-lis design.

Gabrielle and her legion of angels help people whose life purpose involves communication, including teachers, writers, actors, photographers, speakers, etc.

Call on Gabrielle for assistance with a career or a problem that involves putting forth your ideas and perceptions to others. Definitely ask her to be with you when you are going on a job interview or asking for a raise or promotion at work.

Mentally call for Gabrielle by saying, “Beloved Gabrielle, please come to me now and help me express myself in the best Light. Thank you.”

Archangel Gabrielle also helps with conception and childbirth. For problems conceiving and maintaining a pregnancy, ask for Archangel Gabrielle’s intervention.

Working with Archangel Gabrielle to Develop Intuition

Intuition is an ability that can’t be measured by physical sensitivity or lateral understanding. Intuition is also called "straight knowledge" because it’s direct insight into higher levels of awareness. Those that liberate their intuition are able to pass through the mundane human ego self and bring truths of future, past and present into their awareness. Shifting perception to a point where someone is able to perceive beyond the illusion of reality is easily attainable but many people are too encumbered by fear to be open. All of us have the capacity to find all the answers to all questions; all you need to do is rely on the truth that is inside all of us.

There are two groups of people, thinkers and feelers. This determines the way they respond to people and life situations. Thinkers operate from the mental centers. They are more logical, rational and analytical. They usually rely only on their five physical senses of sight, hearing, touch, taste and smell, to determine whether something “real” or not. Feelers, on the other hand, operate from their emotional centers and are more creative, intuitive and expressive. A feeler will listen to their intuition or “sixth sense” to make decisions and determine the truth. Thinkers are definitely going to have a harder time opening to intuition. If you are a thinker, any intuitive feelings are going to be questioned and a scientific explanation will be sought. This is a habit thinkers can break by recognizing this reaction and following their intuition anyway.

There is so much more to the universe that can’t be explained by science or rationality. By trusting more than what we just see or hear we become empowered by knowing about others and ourselves. Life just becomes so much easier when we have answers.

Basically developing your intuition goes something like this. First, formulate a clear question or intention then quiet your mind of chatter (this takes practice, don’t worry if it takes a while, just do the best you can). Let go of any resistance or judgment. Trust the first impression you receive then focus on that impression for deeper insight.

To really increase your intuition, use meditation. Meditation is the practice of slowing down the mind chatter. When you are more focused, you become more aware of your aura and how to receive information. You allow yourself to stop and take a deeper look at situations around you. The more you meditate, the better and clearer your intuition will be.

Meditation with Gabrielle to Enhance Intuition

Sit in a quiet place where you will not be disturbed. Place both feet on the ground and mentally prepare for this meditation. Begin by grounding and centering yourself. Close your eyes and imagining roots growing from your feet into Mother Earth. Then follow this simple breathing exercise to relax your physical body: breathe in through your nose, hold it for 7 seconds, and release it very slowly through your mouth. Repeat 3 times then unconsciously continue breathing this way throughout the meditation. Tell your Ego-self to move toward your left shoulder. Let the Ego-self know that it’s only an observer during the clearing and know this is so. Ask your Angels, Guides and all that you desire to accompany you on this meditation now.

Ask The Creator to send down a beam of protective white light. The Creator hears your request and in your mind’s eye you can immediately envision a beam of light coming down from the universe. Watch it surround you in a protective glow.

Now you are ready to expand your intuition. Mentally say, "Archangel Gabrielle please come to me now and help me open to receiving insight and guidance." Archangel Gabrielle is instantly by your side ready to assist.

In your mind’s eye, imagine you are standing before a river. The water is clean and deep and flowing by very rapidly. Turn your head in the direction of the water and watch that far in the distance the river is flowing into a huge, bright light Ask Archangel Gabrielle to take all your fears, doubts, worries, feelings of unfairness, blocks, uncertainties and insecurities and throw them into this river.

See the negativity emerge from your body like a thick, heavy black liquid that oozes forth and falls into the river. Watch as it flows far, far away from you. Washed in the fast moving water, flowing into the light to be cleansed and transformed into positive energy.

As these blocks disappear, feel yourself becoming lighter, lighter, ever lighter, feel yourself releasing, lifting, feel your mind opening and expanding to the space around you, feel your consciousness extend like a bubble or a balloon, blown out of the confines of your previous limitations. See it surrounding your physical body and continuing to expand outwards into the universe. Keep your mind free of interfering thought, as clear as clear can be and then slowly allow knowledge, truth and understanding to fill your consciousness. You realize that you are flying along with Archangel Gabrielle into the bright, white light. Feel this illumination of your perception and follow Archangel Gabrielle into the light and up, up, up until you both are in a bright, pure white, room..

Face Archangel Gabrielle and ask her to illuminate your third eye (between your eyes) with the indigo and purple light of intuition. See the light coming from Archangel Gabrielle’s heart center into your third eye. Feel the power of this light as it is absorbed. Let Archangel Gabrielle send you this energy until she feels you have received enough.

When she is through she turns and begins walking down a long, white hall. Follow her. At the end of the hall there is a door with a sign that says, “Doorway to my higher self.” When you are ready, open this door and greet your higher self. See your higher self as a radiant perfect being, a reflection of your physical self. Your higher self is a part of you, whatever you have been thinking or seeking, your higher self is aware and wants to share with you.

Ask your higher self for help in the physical realm in developing your intuition. Ask Archangel Gabrielle and your higher self for assistance in strengthening your connection with your higher self. Archangel Gabrielle envelopes you both in an egg of copper light. Sense this copper light transmitting energy of interaction and communication. Feel the bond from your heart center to your higher self expand and strengthen. Commit to always being aware of the feelings that are always a part of you. Cherish your sense of instinct and intuition. Allow them to become part of your life from this point on.

Ask your higher self any question you may have. Your higher self will answer you in whatever way it is able. Wait as long as you have to. An answer will come. You will feel the answer inside yourself. Always know you are safe with each question, each answer. Stay with your thoughts. You will feel in touch with this inner messenger and you will trust the answers that came to you.

Thank your higher self for meeting with you and know you are forever connected. Understand that you may always ask your higher self for answers anytime. Now turn and follow Archangel Gabrielle out the door and back down the long white hall. Take Archangel Gabrielle's hand and float back down to the river. Down, down, feeling secure and safe. You are eager to awaken with this new sense of yourself, excited to see how this will become part of your life.

Thank Archangel Gabrielle and ask her to protect you from negative thoughts and feelings that interfere with your receiving intuitive messages. Also thank your Spirit Guides and Angels for accompanying you on this journey.

Focus on grounding and centering yourself by picturing the roots from your feet into Mother Earth and breathing deeply and slowly.

Pause a moment and open your eyes.
